Sirloin marinated in Idelia's mum's herbs & spices, grilled medium rare. Sides of Mashed Potatoes and Butter Sauteed Snow Peas.

Red Wine Sauce failed :(.

Grilled Whole Flounder with olive oil, balsamic, garlic, parsley & lemon.

Spinach & grape salad, Pete Evan's salsa, balsamic vinegar.

Dessert: Poached Pear in Red Wine & Honey with Vanilla Ice Cream (forgot to take this picture eekkkk :P).

Saute Field Mushrooms in butter. Pete Evan's salsa.

Braised Beef Shin with Hot and Sour Salad.

Red Curry Prawn with Basil.

Chicken Pie

Chicken breast, corn, leeks, potato, canned soup. Not gourmet.

Puff pastry to serve.

Dessert: Grilled banana with orange and chocolate sauce.

Crab Fettucini

Valentines Day.

Whole live mudcrab - Marco. Kill in freezer. Remove meat - takes 2 hours. Saute with butter, eschallots, garlic, chives, stock.

Dessert: Pannacotta with chocolate sauce.

Mango and sticky rice with coconut sauce

Dessert: Mango with Sticky Rice and Coconut milk.

Melon & Proscuitto

Rockmelon cut into wedges. Proscuitto on the side. Wrap proscuitto around rockmelon. Eat. Also good with figs.
